This is a great workshop for anyone who has been interested in learning more improv and who also performs Stand Up Comedy or has an interest in performing Stand Up. Learn to feel stronger, more confident and trust in your own power on stage! This class is fast paced, fun and full of exploration in a safe and supportive environment. Sarah has been performing comedy and producing shows for over a decade. She is the producer of Project Q and was an instructor at The Brave New Workshop Improv Theater and teaches across the United States.
